How does the referral programme work?

Through our referral programme, any active Herd member with a Production or Community membership can recruit new members. If you bring us a new member, you and the new member will be rewarded for your support through a commission.

How much can I earn if I refer a client to you?

The commission for you and your recommendation is staggered as follows:

What information do you need from me for a recommendation?

We need your first and last name, email and telephone number. If there is any extra information (e.g. team size, food concept, production project/catering requirements, etc.), it will of course help us to make a suitable offer much more quickly.

How many clients may I refer?

As many as you want - our kitchen is huge!

When will I receive my commission?

When the client you referred becomes a member and pays their first invoice including deposit, you will receive a credit towards your next invoice with us within 30 days.

How can I find out if my canvassing was successful?

You will receive an email notification from us when the contract is successfully signed. You can also contact us at any time about the progress of your referral.

What information do you need from me so that I can participate in your programme?

As an active Herd member with a production or community membership, you automatically take part.

How does the sales process work at Herd?

If you agree to us contacting your customer directly, we will first contact you by phone and arrange a joint viewing appointment. At this appointment, the customer explains their concept/plan to us and we give a tour of the kitchen, introduce our community and explain our services.

Can I visit you myself?

We would love to, but someone from our team will accompany you, as we know the Herd offers inside out and want to support you.
